Content on this site is provided for information. Service descriptions are not an offer or a guarantee that a specific vehicle or lock can be serviced until we have assessed it.

Prices mentioned in marketing material are indicative starting prices and are confirmed in a quote before work begins.

Submitting the booking or contact form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. A booking is confirmed once we contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Call-out fees, where applicable, are quoted before dispatch.

For any key, remote, rekey, safe or lock work we require proof of ownership or written authority from the owner. We reserve the right to refuse work where ownership cannot be established.

Work is carried out with dealer level equipment by experienced technicians. Where a fault arises from our workmanship, contact us and we will inspect and remedy it.

We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, wear, or damage caused by third parties after we leave site.

Payment is due on completion unless other arrangements are agreed in writing.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
